About project
Workiom is a SaaS project that offers an all-inclusive cloud platform to digitize any type of business with an extensive list of features, templates, and ready-to-use applications. It helps to tailor the perfect workspace for any type of business processes.
the problem
The client came to us intending to redesign the existing product that did not work so well in terms of usability and based on customers feedback. The customer satisfaction rate was very low. Customers prefer to choose competitors in most cases.
design solutions
The solution was to redo the product experience from scratch by using fundamental research methods and UX approaches.We combined users' feedback, business needs, and technical capabilities to provide an excellent pithily UX/UI redesign.
the outcome
Before the start, the customer satisfaction rate (CSAT) was about 2.9 points, which is very low. After the launch of a new desktop app design, the CSAT increased to 4.8 as we have solved all users' pain-points in a new design.
