Ted's Health is the platform for men's health and aims to simplify Testosterone Replacement Therapy by providing health monitoring through blood tests and an integrated clinical approval workflow system.
The context
The client had an old website design that worked badly in terms of conversion. The bounce rate was very high, and the retention rate was too low. The client also provided UX audit that they have and requested to make a complex redesign from logic to visual perception based on it.

Together with our development partners from ”Thought&Function” we rethought the main architecture and the user journeys. After that, UXIS took time to design that all. In February website with a new design was launched, and in a few days, the main KPI's were significant increased.
